1. Text of the consent
   By submitting the form at https://ff.authentica.cz/ in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), which entered into force on 25 May 2018, I consent to the collection, storage and processing of my personal data provided by me to the controller.

   Name and surname, or business name, residence (street, street number, city, postal code, state) or registered office, e-mail address, telephone number.

   name and surname, or business name, residence (street, street number, city, postal code, country) or registered office, e-mail address, telephone number, will be collected, stored and processed by the controller for the following purposes: for sending business and marketing offers and notifications of the controller.

   The controller will keep the personal data for as long as necessary. The longest the controller will keep personal data is 12 months.
5. How will personal data be processed and stored?
   Personal data will be processed: by machine (automated) through computers and computer programs.
